No. Greener Clean team has insurance regarding civil responsibility and working accidents.
We have insurances for those situations! The assets to be included in the insurance need to be declared before engaging in our service. One of our supervisors will travel to the site and list and photograph the objects to be included in the insurance. For assets valued beyond 25000? our supervisor will be accompanied by an insurance expert. However in case there’s a small accident Greener Clean Team will pay for its cost! If it’s an expensive product we activate the insurance, and it’s expert will visit the locale, after his analysis you may have your money and we get the broken item.
No, Greener clean team has a strict policy regarding it’s ecological cleaning products.
Our cleaning kits include every product and equipment for the general cleaning services.
This does not include waxing, wax-removal , diluents, steam machines, mechanized carpet or garage cleaning, glassing and other specific cleaning services.
For these specific services you’ll have to talk to one of our supervisors and ask for a budget.
Organizing the cleaning site in advance does allow us to fully dedicate our time into the cleaning exercise, benefiting you. You can also tell us about details or aspects we should take in consideration!
If our client’s can’t be in the cleaning locale at the scheduled time, Greener Clean Team enables a coded key system to which only supervision has access and which is only handled in the cleaning schedule. The keys are then kept safe and secure in our headquarters.
In this case our supervisors will contact the client in order to re-schedule the service to a closer day.

This way when you come back from your vacation, the service can be re-engaged by the same team.
We need at least 24 hours in advance to change or respond to special orders.
If this deadline is not met we will have to charge 50% of the service cost. The same tax is applied if we don’t have access to the inside of your residence/office, which can be avoided by giving us a copy of the key.
Our service works from 9.00h to 18.00h, Monday to Friday (if necessary on Saturdays.) This schedule might be adjusted according to your needs.
Even if we can’t tell you the precise hour the cleaning will take place, we will always try to meet your demands. If the client needs to change the schedule, we ask for this to be done with a minimum of 24h in advance.
Yes. We just check our schedule and availability. An extra tax up to 50% can be placed over the standard price.

On an occasional service payment is provided to our team at the end of the operation, for services up to 4hours. For occasional services beyond 4 hours you should advance 10% of the total cost, providing the other 90% to our team at the end of the service.
If you’re a regular costumer there are more than 15 payment options available, among these you can pay by transfer, ATM, payshop, paypall, skrill, several
credit or debit cards, etc. For one-time or occasional services payment should be handled through a bank transfer, ATM, or cash.

It’s fundamental for regular clients to be at the locale for at least 1-2 operations until our team knows their way around the house and it’s hosts preferences.
